KS Partners Signs 4 Lease Extensions in Boston

14,543 SF Leased at 85 Devonshire / 262 Washington Street

Boston, MA - KS Partners, LLC, one of Greater Boston’s largest landlords, today announced that it has leased 14,543 SF of office and retail space at its 85 Devonshire Street and 262 Washington Street properties in Boston to 4 tenants. TomCat Enterprises signed a lease extension for 8,143 SF, Pioneer Institute signed for 3,500 SF and Apollo Security signed for 1,200 SF. TomCat and Pioneer were represented by GVA Thompson, Hennessy & Partners by Cathy Thompson and Peter Bean respectively. In addition, The Vitamin Shoppe extended its lease of 1,700 SF of retail space on Washington Street.

For all 4 transactions Jim Grady, Vice President/Director of Leasing for KS Partners, represented the landlord, Devonshire Equity Partners, LLC.

85 Devonshire Street / 262 Washington Street is a 91,509 SF class B office and retail building located in Boston, MA.
