22,833 SF Leased at 47 Manning Road in Billerica, MA

BILLERICA, MA - KS Partners, LLC, one of Greater Boston’s largest landlords, today announced that it has leased 22,833 SF of office and lab space at its 47 Manning Road property in Billerica, MA.

Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company represented the landlord, KS Partners, LLC. Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty Company, Inc. represented the tenant, SemiLab AMS, LLC.

Glenn Roberts and Matt Joyce, two of KS Partners’ internal leasing representatives worked closely with The Stubblebine Company and R.W. Holmes to bring the deal together. “We’re extremely pleased with this transaction and are happy to partner with companies like SemiLab AMS” said Matt Joyce. “This is definitely a win-win situation”, said Glenn Roberts, adding that “This is a significant lease deal in the suburban Boston market.”

Chris Moore, President and CEO of SemiLab AMS had the following to say about transaction, “We were originally attracted to the building by the unique clean room facilities that were available. We rented the building because we found KS Partners, LLC to be straightforward to work with, and we were pleased that they listened to our needs. SemiLab AMS, LLC entered into the five year lease for the entire first floor of the building. An early summer, 2009 move in date is anticipated.
