North Andover Pediatrics signs 10 year lease at 790 Turnpike Street

NORTH ANDOVER, MA - KS Partners, LLC, one of Greater Boston’s largest landlords, today announced that it has leased 7,044 SF, to North Andover Pediatrics, at Jefferson Office Park, 790-800 Turnpike Street in North Andover, MA.

Matthew Daniels and Mike Zieja, both of Meredith & Grew, represented the tenant, North Andover Pediatrics, a pediatric practice dedicated to providing children with the highest quality healthcare on a timely basis by a team of knowledgeable professionals.

Jefferson Office Park is a two (2) building office complex located in a northern suburb of Boston which offers direct access to Route 125 and close proximity to Routes 93 and 495. The 10 year lease provides the needed relocation and expansion for North Andover Pediatrics who was previously located at 820 Turnpike Street in North Andover.
