20,519 SF Leased at 2200 West Park Drive

WESTBOROUGH, MA - KS Partners, LLC, one of Greater Boston’s largest landlords, today announced that it has leased 20,519 SF of office space at its 2200 West Park Drive property in Westborough, MA to Boston-Power, Inc. The deal represents a 12,042 SF expansion and long-term extension for Boston-Power.
For both transactions Jim Grady, Vice President/Director of Leasing for KS Partners, represented the landlord, KS Partners, assisted by Bob McGuire of CB Richard Ellis. David Ross of CresaPartners represented the tenant.
2200 West Park Drive is a 74,590 SF first class office building located in Westborough Office Park.
