WOBURN, MA - KS Partners, LLC, one of Greater Boston’s largest landlords, today announced that it has leased 12,327 SF of office space at its 130 New Boston Street property in Woburn, MA.
Glenn Roberts of Fenway Equities, LLC represented the landlord, KS Partners, LLC and Lawrence Epstein of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented SBLI.
“We’re extremely pleased with this transaction and are happy to continue our relationship with SBLI. “We look forward to having them as a valued tenant in the KS Portfolio”, said Glenn Roberts.
SBLI entered into the five year lease on the second floor of the building.
