Kambiz Shahbazi President & Founder
Kambiz Shahbazi began his real estate career in 1985 with New York City-based North American Development, Inc. In 1987, he formed KS Land Company, Inc., a company primarily involved with land development and shopping center acquisitions.
From 1997-2007, Mr. Shahbazi served as co-founder and principal of Everest Partners, LLC. He was responsible for overseeing all of the firm's day-to-day activities as well as identifying and evaluating the firm’s investment and acquisition opportunities. In March of 2007, Mr. Shahbazi separated from Everest Partners, LLC in order to develop and found KS Partners, LLC. KS Partners, LLC currently owns and manages almost five (5) million square feet of office, flex, R&D and retail space in and around Greater Boston.
Mr. Shahbazi received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University and his MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), REFA (Real Estate Finance Association), ULI (Urban Land Institute), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and a member of the Advisory Board Member for The Mount Sinai Medical Center. Mr. Shahbazi is married with two children and resides in New York City, NY.
Kanwal Virdi

Kanwal Virdi brings to KS Partners, LLC over 18 years in real estate accounting and managerial experience from the Helmsley Organization in New York City, and eight years of public accounting experience as an Auditor/Manager. Ms. Virdi has extensive experience conducting audits for public companies, retail/wholesale businesses, film producers and real estate companies.
At Helmsley, Ms. Virdi controlled several hundred financial accounts, managed real estate tax payments for over 15,000 parcels of land, oversaw overnight investments of $40 million, and ran the operations of the corporate office. Ms Virdi also managed the Helmsley accounting, payroll and internal audit departments. She assisted on closings of such notable New York landmarks as the Graybar Building, 1385 Broadway, 25 West 23rd Street, 1400 Broadway and the Parkchester Condominiums (10,000 units) as well as orchestrated the accounting processes in transactions involving over $300M of property in New York City.
Ms. Virdi joined Everest Partners, LLC, and now KS Partners, LLC, at its corporate office in New York in September of 2001 where she is the Accounting Manager and Controller. She oversees all aspects of accounting, collections, mortgagee relations, budgeting and system controls. Her efforts and leadership have enabled KS Partners, LLC to acquire over 60 commercial buildings totaling nearly 5 million square feet of space in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Thomas Clark

With over thirteen years of logistics and asset management experience, Tom Clark began his career as an Operations Floor Manager managing a 130,000 square feet convention center. Mr. Clark continued his career at Hub Expo Centers, Inc. starting as a Director of Convention Services and later, General Manager, and then Executive Director of Operations where he consulted and advised on construction and development plans of a new $90 million Convention Center.
In 2001, Mr. Clark moved to Wellesley Management Corporation as the Executive Director and later as the Regional Manager where he broadened his real estate development responsibilities to include the entire direction on all activities for the real estate portfolio including several buildings over 150,000 square feet up to 1.3 million square feet.
In 2004, Tom became the Manager-Asset Management Services at Transit Realty Associates and gained experience in administration and operational compliance of over 650 tenant leases. In 2006, Mr. Clark joined Everest Partners, now KS Partners, LLC management team, as Vice President and Director of Property Management.
Mr. Clark is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a major in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management and is dedicated to many professional interests and the community.

Robert Drummey

Bob Drummey joins KS Partners LLC with over 20 years of real estate accounting and financial management experience. Bob recently came from WS Development, where he was responsible for overseeing the financial reporting for several million square feet of retail shopping centers, including the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center and several other centers in New England.
Prior to working at WS Development, Bob was the Controller at National Development where he was responsible for corporate accounting, payroll and benefits, as well as overseeing the budgeting and financial reporting for a mixture of office, retail, hotel and development projects, including Station Landing in Medford, MA.
Bob is a graduate of Salem State College and is enrolled in the Masters in Real Estate Management program at Bentley University.

Chris Graham

Christopher Graham, a graduate of Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, began his construction career while still in college where he learned about varied types of residential and commercial construction in both the field and office. Chris spent many years at A. J. Martini, Inc. as a Project Manager working on a multitude of projects, including Theodore Iorio arena in Ashburnham, MA, Christopher Columbus Court custom condominiums in Boston’s North End, renovation of Top of the Hub restaurant and Methuen Industrial Park 234,000 high bay warehouse in Methuen, MA. Chris has also completed a 30 custom home residential subdivision in New Hampshire.
Mr. Graham joined the KS Team in June of 2007 and brings 27 years of construction experience with him to KS Partners, LLC. While Mr. Graham has overseen very large scale projects, his experience is varied and his hands-on management of smaller projects also mean his attention to detail and focus is meticulous. As the Construction Manager for KS Partners, Chris takes the lead and applies his experience to further the KS philosophy of acquiring multi-tenanted buildings in the office, flex, R&D and retail sectors and managing those assets internally.
