We are headquartered in Billerica, Massachusetts with offices throughout New England and a team of approximately fifty employees. We are here to invest and partner in long term asset opportunities. Our strategy is to target value-add assets and capitalize on returns through renovation, deal execution and repositioning. We bring together the vast real estate experience of our management team in leasing, operating and maintaining our properties while leveraging local knowledge and relationships to generate value in all of our investments.
OUR SERVICES
Asset Management
The AM team develops the long term asset strategies and oversees the portfolio performance. They strategically utilize capital to generate positive returns across the portfolio.
Leasing
The leasing team manages and oversees the brokerage teams throughout the portfolio. They engage with tenants, brokers, sellers and other third parties day and night. They are intensely involved with market trends to generate investment opportunities.
Investment Management
Our investment team works closely with the AM team to target new opportunities in the marketplace.
Property Management
The PM team monitors the operations of the portfolio and works closely with the AM and leasing teams to implement the long term asset strategies.
Construction Management
The CM team supervises each tenant improvement and capital project within our portfolio. They coordinate our general contractors to complete projects on time and at budget.
Facility Management
Our FM team is the foundation of our company and consists of technicians and engineers who work closely with tenants and property management.
Cleaning and Security Management
Our CSM group maintains the quality appearance and security of our assets on a daily basis.
Accounting and Finance
Our accounting and finance group control the books and ensure accurate and timely reporting on our assets. They provide insight on all financial matters and work closely with all divisions.
