2018: A Year in Review


As KS Partners prepares for the new year, here’s a look at what we accomplished throughout 2018.

Acquisitions included two class A office buildings: 300 Granite Street in Braintree MA, a premier suburban location directly adjacent to the South Shore Plaza, and 10 Cabot Road in Medford MA, just 4 miles north of Downtown Boston at the Wellington Station transportation hub.

Throughout the year, we made exciting renovations to the following properties: 33 Boston Post Road in Marlborough, Forbes Business Center in Braintree, and Connector Park in Lowell. 33 Boston Post Road received lobby upgrades, Forbes Business Center received a new lobby and full cafeteria, and Connector Park was upgraded with a new conference room and fitness center. One of our newest properties, 10 Cabot Road in Medford MA, also received a new fitness center.

In 2018, we’re proud to have taken full ownership of the following joint-venture properties: Connector Park in Lowell, Chapel Business Center in Newton MA, and our Watertown MA properties 85 School Street and 165 Dexter Ave.

In 2019, we look forward to common area improvements across our portfolio. We’ll be adding conference rooms, game rooms, fitness centers, and even completing a few floor-wide renovations at the following properties: in Marlborough we’ll be improving 293 Boston Post Road and Marlborough Technology Park. In Dedham, our 980 & 990 Washington Street property (Dedham Executive Park) will receive additional amenities, as well as the Chapel Business Center located in Newton MA.

KS Partners currently owns and manages 4.5 million square feet of commercial real estate across MA and CT: over 400 tenants across 14 towns. Cheers to another great year, and a successful 2019!
