A joint venture between KS Partners and Oaktree Capital Management acquired Brickstone Square, a three-building office park that was once the world headquarters of American Woolen Co.
According to Banker & Tradesman, the complex was sold by Pearlmark Real Estate Partners for $59.5 million.
