Cushman & Wakefield announced that it arranged the sale of The Campus at Greenhill, a premier Class A office campus located at 108 Leigus Road in Wallingford to KS Partners, LLC.
Built in 2012 following LEED guidelines, the Campus at Greenhill consists of approximately 288,795 square feet of office space and represents one of the newest and most technologically advanced multi-tenant office campuses in central Connecticut. The property offers a true campus environment with a robust amenity package, including a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, and abundant on-site parking with more than 1,700 spaces. The campus features underfloor air distribution (UFAD), advanced building systems, and enterprise-grade IT and security infrastructure.
Situated on more than 100 acres, the property also includes significant excess land, providing long-term flexibility for a variety of strategic uses.
Located between New Haven and Hartford, the Campus at Greenhill offers immediate access to Interstate 91, Route 15, and the broader Northeast Corridor. The location provides convenient connectivity to major business centers and excellent accessibility for tenants across the region.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Torrance and Al Mirin of the firm’s Capital Markets team represented the seller in the transaction alongside Bob Motley.
“We’re excited to sink our teeth into this unique property,” said Jennifer Carrigan, VP, Director of Leasing at KS Partners. “The Campus at Greenhill is a truly exceptional asset and will complement our existing Corporate Ridge properties at 500 Enterprise Drive, 55 Capital Boulevard, and 175 Capital Boulevard in Rocky Hill.”
